When you download and launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, crash records, and session duration. To recommend suitable nodes and improve connection quality, we may process approximate device location. This information is used for: 1. Node recommendations based on Totoro VPN's network distribution; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate diagnostics; 3. Service notices such as important updates, security alerts, or subscription information sent to your registered email or username.

We only transmit anonymized or aggregated data to necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, statistics, and feature improvement. We do not share personal information except when: 1. Required by legal process or regulation; 2. Necessary to protect users, the public, or the platform; 3. Working with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. You may stop new collection by uninstalling the App through your device settings.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and for a reasonable period afterward. If we learn that such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. Guardians may contact us through the same email for assistance.
