This agreement is a legal contract between you and Totoro VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile accelerator application (referred to as 'the App').

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will communicate material changes where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken security and affect App functionality.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those features may also be subject to the relevant third-party terms.

The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for service failure caused by unpaid carrier bills, data limits, poor signal, local restrictions, or device settings. Mobile data or roaming fees may be charged by your carrier and remain your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. Loss of access caused by battery depletion, disabled system permissions, or local environment problems is outside compensation scope. We work to maintain route information and client compatibility, but some data may come from third-party partners. The App may release updates for security and compatibility, and you agree to install updates when required. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust or terminate the service in accordance with applicable rules.

Technical issues: network conditions or device settings may occasionally affect use. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve problems, but troubleshooting alone does not automatically create a refund right.

Unauthorized use: refunds will not be provided if an account, license, or digital access is shared, resold, or used in violation of service rules.
